Tasting notes:
This delightful dry rose is made from the French Syrah variety planted to the coolest part of the Estate’s vineyard, which is exclusively reserved for the making of rose wine. The resulting wine has a clear pomegranate colour. Its slightly spicy nose with intense aromas of summer fruits, particularly strawberry, Morello cherry and blueberry. Ktima Biblia Chora rose is an
attractive local expression of the variety that is well poised with excellent structure. Its cool acidity combined with its fruity character gives an opulently textured mouthfeel and a lively finish.

It is a fabulous partner to a variety of dishes such as shellfish and shrimp, seafood pastas, sautéed
vegetables and cold cuts.
