Returns, replacements, and exchanges
All our wines are preserved in our cellar to maintain optimal lighting, temperature, and humidity conditions.
If a bottle of wine is corked, oxidised, or appears in damaged condition you may contact us to discuss the possibility of an exchange or return of your purchase within the seven calendar days, starting from the arrival day of the delivery, provided the product has been stored in suitable conditions. We reserve the right to ask you to provide evidence of the faulty bottle for further inspection.
If we find the product to be faulty, we will arrange to replace it free of charge with a product of the same or similar type and quality of equivalent value.
Our delivery service verifies the safe delivery of your purchases.
Damages, such as broken bottles, that occur after verified safe delivery cannot be accepted by “Oineas”.
Complaints and exchange of goods:
Any complaints will be dealt with within seven calendar days.
