Climate: Semi continental, with important precipitations and snowfalls during winter. Fresh, rather dry summers, with cool nights.

Vinification: Destemming, optical grape sorting and light crushing. Skin contact. Controlled alcoholic fermentation ni stainless steel tanks
with cooling jackets. Maintenance of wnie “sur lees” for 2months with regular stirring.
Tasting Characteristics: Bright and brilliant light yelow ni color with greenish hints. Strong and livery nose, typical Malagouzia. Floral, whitestone fruits, sweet white spices with citrus andherbal notes. Mouth full, crisp and fresh with excellent balance and finesse. Vibrant and long finish.
