Geographical Indication : Varietal wine
Varieties: 92% Vidiano, 8% Assyrtiko
Region: Kokkinochori, Kavala, Macedonia, Northern Greece

Sole is the first wine outside of Crete made from the Cretan variety Vidiano to which a small percentage of Assyrtiko has been added. Vidiano has clearly adapted perfectly well to its new home on the Pangeon mountainside. This full-flavoured, unoaked dry white of remarkable freshness and body is the result of conventional white wine vinification. The wine has a bright greenish-yellow colour. Try it chilled at 10°C
