Climate: From mediterranean to semi-continental climate.
Terroir: shaped by the maritime and mountainous influences. Gentle sea breezes from the Aegean Sea thought the Strymonian Gulf moderate daytime temperatures, while cool nighttime air descends from the slopes of Mount Pangeon, creating pronounced diurnal temperature variations.
Soils :Composition consists of porous rock, limestone and chalky clay, with good drainage capacity

Viticultural: Certified Organic
Vinification: Sorting of the grapes – destemming – gentle crushing. Skin contact in cold for a few hours, and then only the
free run juice is selected. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is matured on fine lees for four months, in stainless steel tanks with regular stirring.
A delicate flowery perfume leads into a more fragrant presence of white stone fruit and an abundance of citrus freshness.
Leaning to a textural style, Sole Vidiano continues to delight with a broad spectrum of fruit flavours like apricot, pear, lemon and lime that lead into an herbaceous, silky and waxy yet slightly mineral finish.
Recommended food pairings include pan-fried or grilled fish and squid, chicken and other poultry as well as an assortment of yellow cheeses.
