Yield: 3,5 tn/ha

Vinification: Reception, de-stemming, second selection, crushing, fermentation in stainless steel and oak temperature controlled tanks, malolactic fermentation in barrels, ageing in barrels for 18 months with 50% new oak, bottling.

Tasting notes

Appearance : Dark Red, almost impenetrable

Nose: Sour cherry jam, prune, fig, black pepper, bitter chocolate, vanilla, cedar

Palate: Rich with a balanced acidity and a very long and persistent finish.
