Grape variety: Negoska 100%
“This was the estate of Tito Eftychidis, hidden in a dense oak forest. Here, in 1972, everything began with simplicity and love and continues with respect.”

The manual harvest of the local variety Negoska starts at the beginning of October. The crushed grapes are gently
pressed, and their juice is drawn instantly and left to ferment in stainless steel tanks at 18 °C.
Negkoska is a delightful rosé with a bright, pale pink colour and it is characterised by a vibrant and elegant nose of pink
grapefruit, bergamot zest and red fruits such as wild strawberry, pomegranate and cranberry, all blended nicely
with floral hints of jasmine.
In the mouth, this dry rosé has a refreshing acidity that together with its fruity character gives an opulently
textured mouthfeel and a lively finish with some noticeable scents of white flowers, and citrus and red fruit flavors.
Enjoy it fresh during its youth and serve at 8-10C
