Vinification : Wine matured in stainless steel vats, then aged for a minimum of 5 years in the cellars.
Tasting:
Appearance → Fine bubbles and a creamy foam on the surface, over a pale yellow satin colour.
Nose→ Clean and elegant, it offers aromas of candied fruit, pineapple, dried fig, pippin and sweet almond, enhanced by rose fragrances.
Mouth→ Coating and plump, it unveils flavoursome aromas of evolution, in perfect harmony with the nose.
Wine pairing:
As an aperitif or at the table, it is a champagne to be combined with rich poultry such as geese or capons, cooked in a natural way.
