These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms” or “CGV”) govern all online purchases made through the website https://www.oineas.lu, operated by Oineas S.à r.l., and apply to all customers ordering products via the site.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our related policies, including our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy, and Returns & Exchanges Policy.

These Terms apply to the sale and delivery of all wine and related products offered on the website.
They define the rights and obligations of both Oineas S.à r.l. (“the Seller”) and the customer (“the Buyer”) within the framework of online sales governed by Luxembourg and EU legislation.

3. Products and Availability

All products listed on our website are offered subject to availability.
Oineas S.à r.l. reserves the right to update, modify, or remove any product without prior notice.
Product images and descriptions are for reference only; minor variations in labeling or vintage may occur.

4. Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include Luxembourg VAT (value-added tax) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are valid at the time of ordering and may be changed at any time prior to order confirmation.
Any promotional offers are valid only for the duration specified.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order on https://www.oineas.lu constitutes a binding purchase offer.
The contract is formed once the order is confirmed by email and payment is successfully processed.
Oineas S.à r.l. reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom a payment dispute exists.

6. Payment Methods

Payment can be made via:

– Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, etc.)

All online card transactions are processed securely via Viva Wallet, a regulated European payment institution.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are handled by the Oineas Wine Lab team within Luxembourg.
Delivery is free of charge with no minimum order requirement.

Typical delivery time: 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri, 8:00–20:00), excluding public holidays.
Customers will be contacted to schedule delivery.

7. Delivery

8. Order Pick-up

Orders may also be collected directly from Oineas Wine Lab by prior appointment. Please contact us to schedule your pickup time.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from delivery without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] including your order number and contact information.
Returned goods must be unopened, sealed, and in saleable condition.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods such as wine once opened or damaged after delivery.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used at purchase once returned items are received and inspected.

10. Product Quality and Complaints

All wines are stored under optimal temperature, humidity, and lighting conditions.
If a bottle is corked, oxidized, or damaged, please contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
We may request photo evidence or that the bottle be returned for inspection before authorizing a replacement.

Damages occurring after confirmed safe delivery cannot be accepted.

11. Age Restriction

In accordance with Luxembourg law, the sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited to persons under 18 years of age.
By ordering on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old at the time of purchase.

12. Liability

Oineas S.à r.l. cannot be held responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect address information, or for damage resulting from improper storage or handling of products by the customer after delivery.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg.
Any dispute arising in relation to these Terms or to purchases made on the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Luxembourg City.

14. Acceptance of the Terms

By confirming your order and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV).
