Tasting:

Appearance → Yellow robe with golden reflections, effervescence creating a light and creamy mousse.

Nose→ Expressive and warm notes of exotic and candied fruits, blended with floral aromas (hibiscus) and spicy notes (vanilla).

Mouth→ Fine, harmonious, structured, delicate and slightly saline, with an enhanced sensation of licorice, fresh fruits and long tangy finish.

Wine pairing:

Serve around 10•C

This cuvée pairs well with traditional gourmet dishes such as veal with capers, slow cooked lamb shank with parsnip purée, or assorted tapenades.
