Description

Vinification: Matured in stainless steel vats and aged for a minimum of 10 years in the cellar.

Terroirs: Bisseuil & Cuis Premier Cru

The dosage is 6,7g/L — brut.

Tasting:

Appearance → Shimmering highlights on the colour , a sign of a mature wine

Nose→ Delicious, biscuity notes with accents of gingerbread and candied fruit. Buttery aromas take over, accompanied by a sweet gingerbread fragrance.

Mouth → Rich, full-bodied and fresh, with an energetic effervescence and acidity that add tension to a powerful, elegant structure. Notes of sweet spices come through on the voluptuous palate.

Wine pairing: An expressive aperitif wine, and an ideal companion to noble fish with melting white flesh, such as monkfish or saithe.
