Short skin contact. Fermentation and maturation with the lees for 3 months in stainless steel temperature-controlled tanks.

Lively nose reminiscent primarily of red fruit like strawberry and cherry, with a hint of lemon verbena and an almost imperceptible presence of spices.

Elegant, aristocratic and refined, with an intense fruity character where fresh red fruits dominate. Aftertaste with balanced acidity.
