“SYRAH & AGIORGITIKO”
“An expressive combination of Syrah and the local Agiorgitiko”
Winemaker’s comment
The Syrah and Agiorgitiko grapes were handpicked respectively in the middle of August and September, and immediately destemmed and crushed . One week of cold-extraction preceded fermentation in inox and, after a long maceration, the wine matured in French oak barrels for 1 year.
Our tasting impressions
This is a full-bodied red wine with a dark gravitas of ripe berry and cherry. It is typified by its profusely perfumed nose of violets and sweet cedar wood, and a palate packed with lasting flavours of fruit, chocolate and soft tannins.
Serving suggestions
Dialogos Red is ready to drink now but will age gracefully for 10 to 15 years. It teams up well with red meat with hearty sauces or simply grilled, pot roast, game and hard cheeses.

Winemaker’s comment
Kydonitsa and Assyrtiko grapes were handpicked respectively early September and late August, subsequently destemmed and crushed, then skilfully fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks and left to mature on the lees for 4 months.
Our tasting impressions
This is a well-balanced dry white wine with bright freshness, minerality and an aromatic finish. It is characterised by an intense, expressive nose and palate with precise aromas and flavours of lemon blossom, quince, citrus and lime.
Serving suggestions
Dialogos White is ready to drink now but will keep 2 to 5 years. It is ideal as an aperitif and goes well with shellfish, fried white fish, seafood, creamy pasta dishes and poultry.

“ΕΧΤRΑ VIRGIN OLIVE OIL”
“Estate-grown, superior extra virgin olive oil from Koroneiki”
The Kononeiki olives from the estate’s original grove were collected during the end of October and beginning of November and immediately cold-pressed.
The resulting extra virgin olive oil perfectly captures the classical Greek tradition. Its intense taste is a harmony of persistent fruity and delicate herbal aromas and flavours, all balanced with pungency and very low acidity content.
Oil is a living produce and ours has a recommended shelf life of 18 months from bottling. It springs to life at the table alongside fresh bread, in salads and many other Mediterranean dishes.
