yielding vineyards from the slopes of mountainous Nemea. Moschofilero(650m) exclusively from the estate’s low yielding vineyards in Zevgolatio, on the Mantinia plateau (PDO Mantinia)
Tasting notes:
Appearance: Bright, intense straw blonde color with lemon highlights.
Nose: Elegant, with complex aromas of white
flowers, tropical fruits reminiscent of pineapple,
but also peach, apricot and pleasant notes of
sweet spices.
Palate: Elegant and generous with a balanced complexity of flavors. Delicious and pleasant finish.
Vinification: Grapes are handpicked and chilled overnight at 7-8 °C. Gentle pressing in pneumatic presses and classic white vinification with fermentation at low temperature (13–15°C).Maturation on the fine lees for four months in the tanks (90%) and in new French oak barrels of 225L (10%).
Serving Temperature: 10-12C in a medium size wine glass.
Cellar Ageing: Best enjoyed fresh.
Food pairing: It is an ideal accompaniment to seafood, fish, white meat and pasta
