Tasting notes:
Appearance: Light yellow-white, almost transparent color with green hues.
Nose: Elegant aromas of rose petals, lemon blossom and citrus.
Palate: Fruity driven, refreshing mouthfeel, balanced with medium acidity and subtle aftertaste
Vinification: Grapes are hand-picked, they are then chilled to 7-8°C in cold storage, followed by pneumatic press and vinified according to classic white wine vinification. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 16-17°C .
Serving Temperature: 9-10°C in a medium size wine glass.
Cellar Ageing: Best enjoyed fresh.
