Producer’s Description |
The Argyros continuing a family winemaking tradition that began over a century ago, produces Assyrtiko exclusively grown in the estate’s vineyards at Pyrgos, Megalohori and Akrotiri. A careful selection of raw materials and strictly controlled winemaking allow us to create a fine white wine with strong personality.
Features: Crystal-clear yellow color. Moderately aromatic, with dominant notes of citrus fruits. The relatively high acidity gives freshness and nerve while the extremely low yields of the vineyard offering ‘body’ structure and balance.
